Fishing at Poolview

 

At Poolview Camping, the central focus is our fishing lake. This 2 acre lake is stocked with a variety of fish and is available for use by visiting campers to the park. Non residents are welcome to fish subject to a daily licence charge.

 

The lake is open from dawn to dusk during park opening times. Night fishing allowed by agreement.

 

What fish can you catch? Well the honest answer is, we don't know. However there have been many reports of some 'large fish' caught recently. We plan to expand our website and show some of the best catches of the year!

Alternatively you can take to the water's edge and enjoy a picnic or just take in the quiet and peaceful surroundings.
